Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi made a surprise visit to the NADRA Center Shimla Pahari, where he was pleased to see the improved facilities and efficient service delivery. Interior Minister's visits resulted in a significant reduction in waiting times, and citizens expressed their gratitude for the swift service. Interior Minister met with the people at various counters and inquired about their experience, he also issued directions for further improvements. He commended the shift in-charge and staff for their efforts and praised the progress made since his last visit, when the situation was unsatisfactory. Citizens expressed their satisfaction with the improved system and thanked the Interior Minister for his efforts. Interior Minister assured them that further measures would be taken to facilitate citizens. During his visit, the Interior Minister also inquired about the processing of identity cards and other documents, and citizens informed him that they were now being served promptly without any unnecessary delays. Mohsin Naqvi expressed his satisfaction with the progress made at the NADRA Center and reiterated his commitment to ensue efficient and timely services to the people.
