Let us Pledge to Work for National Progress and Prosperity, Chairman PMYP Working on Stabilizing Pakistan on Economic Front through Youth Empowerment says, Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan

The concluding ceremony of the Table Tennis National League, organized by the Prime Minister's Youth Program (PMYP) and the Higher Education Commission (HEC), was held at the Pakistan Sports Board. The chief guest of the ceremony was Chairman PMYP, Mr. Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan. The ceremony began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by the national anthem. Mr. Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan congratulated the winning teams in the league, saying that pursuing merit is the key to progress, adding that the teams and players who could not succeed in this league should work harder to perform better next time. He said that PMYP is committed to highlighting the potential of young people and enabling them to face the challenges of the future. "I believe that providing equal opportunities for young people across the country to participate in sports competitions will make it possible to create a healthy society. That is why I advise young people to actively participate in positive and extracurricular activities so that they can play an important role in building a peaceful and healthy society," he said. He said that PMYP is a federal government initiative under which several projects for the welfare of youth have been launched, including sports projects as well as the Youth Loan Scheme and the Prime Minister's Laptop Scheme. Mr. Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan said that today we will talk specifically about the Talent Hunt Youth Sports League, in which for the first time in Pakistan's history, the HEC has been assigned the responsibility of organizing trials for 12 different sports at 25 locations across the country in collaboration with universities, conducting provincial and national leagues and engage young people in healthy activities to provide them with opportunities to flourish and prosper in the sports sector. He said that two teams from each province, including Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir, participated in this table tennis league. These teams are comprised of players who have performed best in the provincial leagues. Remember that trials were conducted before the provincial leagues in which all boys and girls between the ages of 15 and 25 who were the best table tennis players were selected. Giving the good news of a better future to the youth, he said that the Government of Pakistan will also organize training camps for the SAF Games and other international championships, in which the best performing players will be trained so that our young players can participate in international competitions and bring laurels to Pakistan. He said that one of the objectives of the Talent Hunt Youth Sports League is to create a competitive environment among the youth, promote the practice of tolerance and tolerance towards each other, and promote the culture of sports in the country. He said that I am determined that by providing guidance and equal opportunities to young people in every field, Pakistan's future will be bright. Addressing the young players, he said, "Let us take a pledge that no matter what field we belong to, our goal will be to work for the progress and prosperity of Pakistan." In the table tennis league, Punjab A, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa A and B are the first, second and third place teams in the boys' category, respectively, and Punjab B is first, Punjab A is second and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa A is third in the girls' category.
