We all are accountable to Allah for our deeds: Hon’ble, Judge, Supreme Court of Pakistan Trainings hone skills and transform mindset: Mr. Justice Athar Minallah Judicial Assistants can play an instrumental role in providing easy access to justice

The concluding ceremony of a three-day Professional Development Course for Support Staff of the Supreme Court of Pakistan was held at the Federal Judicial Academy on Wednesday in which Mr. Justice Athar Minallah , Hon’ble Judge, Supreme Court of Pakistan was the Chief Guest. While addressing the trainees, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Athar Minallah said, “Trainings hone skills and transform the mindset. Mindset transformation trainings are essential for all players of justice sector so that they become more sensitized to treat the litigant public with respect and sensitivity. Litigant public is the only stakeholder of our justice system. Litigant public must be our prime focus. We all paid out of taxpayer’s money” to provide justice to the litigant public.” Terming the Judicial Assistants as an important tier of justice system, he advised them to fully utilize the knowledge and skills they have learnt at the Academy for improving litigant public’s access to justice. He further advised them to dedicate all their energies to effective justice service delivery to the litigant public. Judicial Assistants can play an instrumental role in providing easy access to justice to the litigant public. In his remarks, DG of the Academy, Mr. Hayat Ali Shah said, “Today, we are proud to close this three days training, having trained 30 Judicial Assistants, after this training they will be improved humans, who will carry forward the cycle of continuous Support Court learning.” Where-after, certificates were distributed amongst 30 participants by the Hon’ble Chief Guest and at the end group photo was taken.
