Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development Visits Maharah Human Resource Headquarters in Riyadh
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: NOVEMBER 15, 2023

Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, Mr. Jawad Sohrab Malik, today visited the headquarters of Maharah Human Resource, the largest human resource company in Saudi Arabia and met with the CEO Mr. Abdulaziz Alkathiry. He was accompanied by the Ambassador of Pakistan to Saudi Arabia, Mr. Ahmad Farooq, Director General BEOE, Joint Secretary Emigration and Community welfare Attachés. During the visit, SAPM met with the management of Maharah Human Resource and discussed the availability of skilled Pakistani manpower and the potential for employing more Pakistani professionals in upcoming projects in Saudi Arabia. He highlighted the strong historical bond between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia and reiterated the efforts of the Pakistani government to provide skilled labor to Saudi Arabia. The management of Maharah Human Resource expressed their appreciation for the efforts of the Pakistani government and pledged to consider employing more Pakistani workers for future projects. They also commended the high quality of Pakistani manpower and their contributions to the Saudi economy. SAPM stated that Pakistan has a large pool of skilled and experienced professionals in various fields, including engineering, IT, healthcare, and hospitality. He expressed confidence that Pakistani workers can make significant contributions to Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 development goals. The delegation led by SAPM also visited the training academy of Maharah Human Resource. The visit to Maharah Human Resource headquarters is part of a series of initiatives by the Pakistani government to promote employment opportunities for Pakistani workers in Saudi Arabia. The government is committed to strengthening the economic ties between the two countries and creating mutually beneficial opportunities for both Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
