Mushaal, Al-Issa for fostering interfaith harmony, peace building Both leaders call upon world to address appalling calamities unfolding in Gaza SAPM urges him to play role in resolving Kashmir dispute

Mushaal Hussein Mullick Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Human Rights and Women Empowerment called on Muslim World League Secretary-General Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa and they both stressed the need for working towards inter-faith harmony, peace building, fostering unity, inclusivity and rights of human beings regardless of caste, colour and creed. During the meeting, they discussed several issues concerning women’s empowerment in the light of the Islamic guidelines. The SAPM on Human Right and Women Empowerment apprised him about her ministry’s 100 day plan to create more economic upliftment for women, transgenders and minorities. Mushaal apprised Al-Issa of the ongoing genocidal acts of Indian occupation forces in the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) and massacre of innocent people of the seized valley. The SAPM urged him to play his role in resolving the decades-long Kashmir dispute as per the UN resolutions and aspirations of the people of the occupied region. She appreciated the Crown Prince of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Mohammad Bin Salman for enhancing the role of women in the field of sustained development, besides always standing with the plight of oppressed Kashmiris. She expressed optimism that a day will come when peace will prevail in the world. In the meeting, they both called upon international community to fulfill its obligations in addressing the appalling calamities unfolding in Gaza. They strongly condemned the remarks made by a minister of the Israeli Occupation government, which included a threat to detonate a nuclear bomb in the Gaza Strip. In the end ,both reiterated the long standing ties between the KSA and Pakistan on the basis of strong religious, social, economic and people to people ties, reaffirming their stance on inclusivity, regional connectivity and geo economic strategies.
