The 32nd Board of Director’s meeting of Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDMACO) was held under the chairmanship of Syed Mazhar Ali Shah, Secretary /Chairman Railways at Ministry of Railways, Islamabad. The meeting discussed management of real estate proposals on the upcoming projects in Karachi? It was decided to effectively use new land management rules for efficient management of the land. The proceeds from the revenue generated would be leveraged to sustain Pakistan Railways infrastructure and service delivery. The Board advised Mr. Arshad Salam Khattak, Chief Executive Officer, REDAMCO to implement real estate projects on fast track basis and achieve targets within stipulated time.
