PR No.48 Farewell Call On The Special Assistant To The Prime Minister On Foreign Affairs By The Ambassador Of Japan Islamabad

The outgoing Ambassador of Japan in Pakistan, Amb. Hiroshi Inomata, paid a farewell call on the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs (SAPM), today.

The Special Assistant underscored that Pakistan regarded Japan as an important friend and development partner, and the two countries enjoyed excellent cooperation in diverse fields.

He commended the invaluable contribution made by the outgoing Japanese Ambassador towards further strengthening of the bilateral ties between Pakistan and Japan, during the course of his stay in Pakistan. He expressed his best wishes for Ambassador Inomata’s next assignment.

Amb. Inomata expressed his gratitude for the cooperation and support extended to him by the Government of Pakistan during the tenure of his assignment, which he described as most pleasant and productive.
