Pakistan High Commission, Singapore launched a two-day exhibition of selected paintings by world-renowned Pakistani artist Jimmy Engineer, today, in collaboration with the art gallery, TRCL. The High Commission hosted a meet and greet reception with Jimmy Engineer, who is currently visiting Singapore, hosted by the High Commission today, which was attended by a large number of Pakistani Diaspora, local art enthusiasts, and media personnel. Jimmy’s acclaimed work depicting the toil of people migrating to the newly born Pakistan was displayed among his other phenomenal work highlighting Pakistan’s rich cultural and architectural heritage. Jimmy also shared his inspirational charity efforts with the audience. During a separate sitting, the art enthusiasts interacted with Jimmy Engineer who candidly answered their questions. They commended his outstanding work and his indomitable humanitarian spirit. Jimmy Engineer has been exhibiting his artwork in Singapore over the years and has cultivated a large following among local art and humanitarian circles.
