The Qul of former Chief Justice of Federal Shariat Court of Pakistan, Mr. Justice Haziqul Khairi, who expired on 01.04.2023, was held at Noor Masjid, Federal Shariat Court of Pakistan today on 04.04.2023 after Zuhur Prayer. A large number of people including Justice Khadim Hussain.M. Shaikh, Hon’ble Judge of Federal Shariat Court attended the Rasm-e-Qul of the late Chief Justice. The participants offered Fateha for the departed soul. They termed his death as big loss for the legal paternity across the country.
