The Government of Pakistan has nominated NUTECH as the “Sending Organization” for TITP Japan. For this purpose, NUTECH selected the ideal candidates for this program. Candidates were interviewed for different skill categories as demanded by Japan Government, which included skills such as Care Workers, Automobile Repair and Maintenance, Excavating Works, Livestock and Agriculture, and Fishery. After completing all formalities in Pakistan and Japan. A ceremony was held to hand over visa documentation at NUTECH on 6 Jan 2023. On arrival at the National University of Technology, Chief Guest Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Youth Affairs, Ms. Shaza Fatima Khawaja, was welcomed by the Pro-Rector of the University, Maj Gen Khalid Javed. While interacting with students, parents, and faculty, SAPM on Youth Affairs said that NUTECH has played an essential role in collaboration with the Government and prepared the first batch of youth to Japan for this program. Later, SAPM on Youth Affairs Ms. Shaza Fatima Khawaja handed over Visa Documents and awarded certificates to students who secured positions in a National Quaid documentary competition. She congratulated the participants who completed their Technical Intern Training Program at NUTECH and the recipients of certificates. Under TITP, around 65 students have successfully completed their training, and the first batch of 6 people will be proceeding to Japan soon.
