MR. NONG RONG, AMBASSADOR OF CHINA TO PAKISTAN CALLED ONTO IFTIKHAR ALI SHALLWANI, FEDERAL SECRETARY, MINISTRY OF HOUSING AND WORKS HERE TODAY IN HIS OFFICE

Welcoming the delegate, Iftikhar Ali Shallwani, discussed various bilateral mutual issues including Pakistan-China long-standing relationship which is marked by cordiality and friendship. Iftikhar Ali Shallwani highlighted that with joint efforts of successive generations and leadership, this relationship has transformed into ‘All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership.’ Secretary extended a cordial invitation to Mr. Nong Rong, to attend the upcoming first International Housing Expo-2022 to which he extended his support and pleasure and expresses. Also, he expressed his country’s participation in the event. Furthermore, both sides also discussed the emerging housing market in Pakistan at which Ambassador expressed interest in exploring investment opportunities in Pakistan’s housing and manufacturing sectors. The Secretary welcomed Ambassador’s commitment and interest in housing and manufacturing sector and extended his full support in this regard.
