Chairman Railways Zafar Zaman Ranjha has said that with the transfer of technology from China, Pakistan Railways will be able to manufacture its own coaches, that is why a team of officers and officials is being sent to China for international level training. He said that according to the agreement, the necessary expenses for the tour including air fare, boarding, internal travel, quarantine period and emergency medical assistance abroad etc. will be borne by the company providing bogies to Pakistan. He said that the training of Pakistan Railways officers will not have any financial impact on the revenue budget of Pakistan Railways as all the expenses are included in the contract. Chairman Railways said that technology transfer will benefit the country's economy in the future.
