Rana Tanveer Hussain visited the National Book Foundation today on 22nd July, 2022. The minister was received by MD National Book Foundation Mr. Raja Mazhar Hameed. Federal Minister also visited the first National Book Museum established by the National Book Foundation. Rana Tanveer Hussain said that NBF has a great and well-maintained book collection. He appreciated the efforts of MD Mazhar and said that the institution has been made profitable in a very short span of time. He said that visiting the Museum was a wonderful experience and that it holds real treasures. Minister acknowledged the contribution of National Book Foundation. He said that Mr. Mazhar through his literary experience has turned this institution around into a vibrant and sustainable organization. Rana Tanveer said that National Book Foundation has great contribution in preserving and managing historical artefacts and documents. He said that such institutions play a critical role in preserving the history of the country as well. *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*
