Privatisation Minister Muhammad Mian Soomro and Advisor on Finance Shaukat Fayyaz Tarin called on Prime Minister Imran Khan. Matters relating to privatisation of loss making state owned enterprises (SOEs) were discussed in the meeting. The Prime Minister was apprised on the progress of privatisation of loss making state owned units. The Prime Minister directed to take all possible measures not only to sell the units but also to improve their performance through efficient management in order to fetch maximum economic proceeds from the privatisation process.
