It may be pointed out that, under Indus Water Treaty 1960, Pakistan Commissioner for Indus Water (PCIW) deals with the transboundary water issues all the said news is about. The news may have been wrongly ascribed `to ISRA. ISRA absolutely disowns ascribing this news item to it.
