Federal Secretary for Narcotics Control, Mr. Akbar Durrani (TI)/PAS met with the MoS Climate Change Ms. Zartaj Gul at the Ministry of Narcotics Control. The Federal Secretary shared Narcotics Control policy and its implementation plan across the country. Mr. Akbar Durrani shared the pilot project of rehabilitation center to be built in Islamabad and consequently in all provinces. The Minister of State for Climate Change appreciated the efforts of the Ministry to eliminate the menace of drugs and create a drug free society for our future generations. She shared her views on how the government is working on better environment. The Minister was of the view that reduction in drug consumption will help in creating a safer and healthy environment for our youth. The two also exchanged their views on how Narcotics Control and Climate Change can work together for the overall betterment of society. Towards the end of the meeting the Federal Secretary for Narcotics Control, Mr. Akbar Durrani (TI)/PAS presented the souvenir to MoS Climate Change Ms. Zartaj Gul.
