Federal Minister for Inter Provincial Coordination and President Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) Dr. Fehmida Mirza, Secretary IPC and DG PSB met with a delegation led by Engineer Syed Ashfaq Hussain, a faction in the Pakistan Football Federation dispute in her office today, in Islamabad. In the meeting various proposals/suggestions came under discussion besides suspension of football operation in Pakistan by FIFA, role of the normalization committee, incident on March 27 FIFA House and the resumption of football activities in the country. Federal minister said the meeting was very positive and similar meetings would be held with the officials of the normalization committee and other factions of PFF. Things are moving in a positive direction and we are hopeful for an amicable solution of the issue shortly, federal minister said. It should be noted that this meeting is a part of the dialogue process initiated by the Federal Minister under which a meeting was held with the normalization committee a few days ago.
