• The Minister appreciated the efforts of Secretary Narcotics Control, Capt. (R) Akbar Hussain Durrani and cooperation of the Ministry of Human Rights in execution of the project. Islamabad- The Federal Minister for Narcotics Control, Brig (R) Ijaz Ahmad Shah said that working women should be facilitated at work place in order to ensure that they can work to best of their potential. He said this after inauguration of Day Care Centre at the Ministry of Narcotics Control . The centre has been established with the help of Ministry of Human Rights and fully trained staff has been inducted from there to ensure proper care of the children. Women can supervise their children at the facility and this will also improve their professional performance. The Minister said. The Federal Minister appreciated the efforts of the Secretary Akbar Hussain Durrani in the execution of the project. Brig (R) Ijaz Ahmad Shah was of the view that working women work twice as hard to keep balance in their lives. He said that we should ensure that women are provided with the safe working environment along with all the facilities needed so that they can perform their professional duties to best of their abilities. He further said that such facilties should be provided at all working places where they have women on board.
