Huawei delegation calls on Federal Minister for IT
Islamabad: August 05, 2020

Delegation of Huawei Technologies Pakistan led by Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Huawei Mr. Mark Meng, Depty CEO Mr. Ahmed Bilal Masud and Director Government Sector (Huawei) Mr. Fawad Ul Haque called on Federal Minister for IT and Telecommunication Syed Amin Ul Haque on Wednesday. Federal Minister for IT & Telecom welcomed the Huawei delegation in his office and matters related to information and communication technology (ICT), connectivity and digitalization were discussed during the meeting. The CEO Huawei briefed the Federal Minister for IT about Huawei programs and performance in first half of 2020 and its initiatives regarding ICT sector. Minister of IT appreciated the joint program of ministry of IT and Huawei Technologies Pakistan for technology transfer and IT training program for the government. The Federal Minister for IT lauded Huawei programs and its initiatives for the development of the ICT sector. He also assured Ministry of IT’s full support to Huawei.
