GHULAM SARWAR KHAN VISITED IIAP TO OVERSEE PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES FOR CORONAVIRUS OUTSPREAD

Federal Minister for Aviation Ghulam Sarwar Khan on Monday visited Islamabad International Airport to oversee precautionary measures taken by CAA in view of corona virus outspread and interacted with federal government health officials. Federal Minister expressed satisfaction over arrangements made by CAA at all major airports of the country for diagnosis and screening of Corona virus. Later, the minister took briefing from high officials of Aviation division and CAA regarding status of on going and upcoming projects. Federal Minister was briefed about the schedule of flights from China, progress on the projects and commercial activities at airport. The minister appreciated the efforts taken by CAA in improving airport operations and emphasized on better public facilitation in lines with the vision of the Prime Minister.
