To mark the Defense Day, Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Reform Makhdum Khusro Bakhtyar on Friday visited the residence of Capt. Junaid Hafeez Shaheed at Khana Dak, Madina Town, Islamabad, to express solidarity with the bereaved family. Talking to mother of the departed soul, the minister paid rich tributes to brave Shaheed for laying down his life in defense of the motherland. The Minister stated that the martyrdom of Captain Junaid Hafeez Shaheed will be written in golden letters along-with valiant soldiers of the nation who sacrificed their lives defending their beloved homeland. He said the vibrant nations never forget their heroes. We are proud of the Pak Army and all law enforcement agencies personnel who do not even hesitate to sacrifice their lives for security and safety of the country, the Minister said. He stated that the heinous designs of enemies of the land cannot deter the resolve of our courageous nation. He said that Captain Junaid Hafeez Shaheed is a real hero and the coming generations will be proud of his heroic sacrifice. The Minister prayed for salvation of the departed soul and commiserated with the family of the deceased. He said that the whole nation stands by families of the Shuhada in this hour of grief. *** ?
