All Provinces, Government of Gilgit Baltistan, Government of AJ&k and Islamabad Capital Territory Administration are requested to observe one-minute silence on 5th February, 2017 at 10.00 hours on the Kashmir Solidarity Day. General public are also requested to observe one-minute silence to honour Kashmiri shuhada, this is stated by a press release issued by Ministry of Interior.
