Deputy Head Mission of the European Union to Pakistan Anne Marshal and Managing Director Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM) Aon Abbas Buppi meets the children of Dar-ul-Ehsaas Centre in Islamabad. Managing Director PBM briefed the Deputy Head Mission of EU about organization’s initiatives to uplift the living standards of the deprived persons. The Managing Director told that there are 40 sweet homes throughout the country where more than 4000 orphan children are being accommodated with quality necessities of life including food, clothing, education and recreational activities. On the occasion Aon Abbas Buppi also accredited Pakistan’s excellent relations with EU. He also admired the humanitarian aid from EU for the people of Pakistan in the times of hardships. Deputy Head Mission of EU Anne Marshal lauded the PBM’s valued efforts for helping the vulnerable persons to come out from the quagmire of poverty. She also appreciated the excellent facilities provided to the orphan children and expressed her willingness to work jointly with PBM in Social Protection Sector. *****
