Dr. Sania Nishtar Special Assistant to the Prime Minister visited Child Protection Bureau Rawalpindi and Edhi Home Islamabad the other day. During her meetings at the Child Protection Center and the Edhi Home, the managements stressed on development of a live web portal connecting all Federal, Provincial Police Stations with Edhi Centres, Child Protection Bureaus other such institutions. The objective would be instantly publish information pertaining to all ‘lost and found’ child and adult cases with pictures other identity marks that are brought to the knowledge of the police. The Ehsaas lost and found dash board having connectivity with all the police stations and child protection bureaus nationwide would have public access so that people all over the country could have instant access to whereabouts of their near and dear ones through use of IT services within the shortest possible time.
