It is notified for general information that Government of Pakistan has decided to observe Independence Day 14th August, 2019 as Kashmir Solidarity Day as well as 15th August, 2019 as Black Day to express harmony and solidarity with Kashmiries in their recent plight caused by the Indian Government, says a notification received from Ministry of Interior. National Flag shall be flown at half-mast throughout the country on Thursday 15th August, 2019.
