Education and health are the two main sectors, which can reduce poverty in Pakistan. President Dr Arif Alvi was addressing the launch of report on Health as a Human Right organized by National Commission for Human rights Sindh. The President underscored that Pakistan has excellent legal protections enshrined in the constitution, but there is a lack proper implementation. He stated that if laws are implemented in their true letter and spirit, we will have remarkable results. He emphasized that the lack of resolution of cases is due to the lack of implementation of laws, and not because of absence of laws. Therefore, he urged all authorities to ensure the implementation of laws. The President said that Pakistan has learnt lessons from its fight against terrorism. He stated that now we need to use the latest advances in science and technology such as artificial intelligence for national progress and development.
