President Mamnoon Hussain has strongly condemned the attack on Deputy Chairman Senate Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri and his convoy in Mastung on Thursday. The President prayed for the eternal peace of the departed souls and expressed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families. He also prayed for the early recovery of Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri and all others injured in this incident.

The President directed the authorities concerned to provide all possible medical facilities to the injured. The President stated that entire nation is valiantly fighting the menace of terrorism. Security Forces have launched operation against the miscreants and this will continue till the elimination of the last terrorist. He further said that our enemies are attacking the innocent citizen as they are afraid from the development of Pakistan, but whole nation is united in the fight against them.
