PR No. 156 BARRISTER USMAN IBRAHIM MINISTER OF STATE FOR HUMAN RIGHTS CHAIRED THE MEETING REGARDING NUSRAT WORKING WOMEN HOSTEL G-6/3, ISLAMABAD Islamabad, November 23, 2017

Barrister Usman Ibrahim, Minister of State for Human Rights, emphasized the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)/ Rules to promote and protect the rights of working women living in hostel. He recommended preparation of PC-1 for renovation of the main building of the hostel. He was presiding on a meeting on the working of the Working Women Hostel G-6/3, Islamabad. In this regard, he directed to take action against the defaulter tenants according to SOPs/Rules. Barrister Usman Ibrahim, Minister of State, also emphasized to administer it in a good and more refined way. Ms. Humaira Azam Khan, Joint Secretary Ministry of Human Rights, and Saira Furqan, Manager Working Women Hostel, briefed Minister of State about the issues faced by the Hostel and measures to tackle those issues. Meeting was held for the betterment and reform of the Working Women Hostel. Participants appreciated Barrister Usman Ibrahim for its keen efforts regarding future plans of the Working Women Hostel.
