PR No. 125 HCJP TAKES NOTICE OF CHOPPING OFF HAND OF DOMESTIC SERVANT BY LADY EMPLOYER IN SHEIKHUPURA AND CALLS REPORT FROM IGP, PUNJAB WITHIN 48 Islamabad

The Hon’ble Chief Justice of Pakistan Mr. Justice Mian Saqib Nisar has taken notice of chopping off hand of a domestic Servant by a lady employer in Sheikhupura. The notice was taken on media reports that a lady employer allegedly cut right hand of 13 years old domestic servant with fodder machine.

Taking notice of the matter, the Hon’ble Chief Justice of Pakistan has called report from IGP, Punjab within 48 hours.
