PR No.21 PM Felicitates Commerce Ministry On EU’S Withdrawal Of Anti-Dumping Duty On Pet Islamabad

Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has appreciated the efforts of the Ministry of Commerce and its team for their hard work which has resulted in the withdrawal of Anti-Dumping duty on Pakistan’s product of PET (a chemical used in plastic bottle manufacturing).

Prime Minister has appreciated the withdrawal of the anti-dumping duty which has been achieved after an aggressive trade diplomacy by Pakistan with the European Union (EU). PM further said that this is a major development for increasing the export earnings of Pakistan.

It is to be noted that this duty was imposed for the past 5 five years.
