PR No. 237 Tremendous Scope To Expand Pakistan-Bahrain Ties – Ambassador Javed Malik Islamabad: December 27, 2015

Javed Malik, Pakistan’s Ambassador-Designate to Kingdom of Bahrain met with Federal Minister for Petroleum & Natural resources, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi in Islamabad and discussed with various initiatives and opportunities to further expand ties with the Kingdom of Bahrain. Speaking on the occasion, Ambassador Javed Malik said that the Prime Minister’s official visit the Kingdom had identified various avenues to enhance the level of cooperation between both countries, and as the newly appointed Ambassador, it would be his priority to build upon the positive outcome of the Prime Minister’s visit and follow up the various agreements that provide an excellent frame-work to upgrade our bilateral ties. The Federal Minister of Petroleum highlighted the various opportunities and said that there was tremendous scope of upgrading our relations with the Kingdom, and he assured the Ambassador-designate all possible cooperation from his Ministry in this regard.
