PR No.110 Tomorrow’s Pakistan Will Be Much Better: Barrister Zafarullah Khan Sapm Presides Over Ceremony To Celebrate Allama Iqbal’s Birth Anniversary Islamabad

Barrister Zafarullah Khan, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister and Minister of State for Economic Affairs Division, presided over a ceremony held to celebrate Allam Iqbal’s Birth Anniversary at Aiwan-i-Quaid, Fatima Jinnah Park, Islamabad on Wednesday.

The ceremony was organized by Nazriya Pakistan Council (Trust) and was participated by students and teachers of different schools and colleges of Islamabad. ‘Recitation of Verses’ (Bait Baazi) from Iqbal’s poetry contest was also held in the ceremony.

Addressing the ceremony, Barrister Zafarullah Khan paid rich tribute to Allama Iqbal.

He appreciated the students who participated Bait Baazi contest and recited verses from Allama Iqbal’s poetry.

He said that today’s students are the future of Pakistan and our tomorrow’sPakistan will be much better.

Barrister Zafarullah Khan said that our future is in the hands of those people who have great respect for Allam Iqbal, adding that InshAllah our country will greatly progress.

He urged the students to do hard work and move forward to serve Pakistan in better way in future.

Addressing the students, SAPM said that it is vital to make our character good to progress in life and prove beneficial for Pakistan.

He said that Allama Iqbal’s poetry embodies message of action and continuous struggle and our youth have to progress through power of action and struggle.

At the conclusion of ceremony, Barrister Zafarullah Khan awarded shields and certificates to the students who participated in Bait Baazi contest.
