Minister of State admired the role of private sector in education and thanked them for complying to the government directions for not raising their fee for this year. Moreover he said that we are working on improving the public sector schools and things have improved in past two years. We have seen improvement in education indicators last year, as our literacy rate increased and our primary dropout rate has been decreased in comparison to previous years, said the minister. And I am hoping that this year’s indicators would even be better from previous years.
Minister of State commended the efforts of the provinces for working towards the betterment of education system. He said that all the provinces are spending 25% of their total budget on education which is remarkable effort from all the federating units.
Junior schools students performed different tableaus, poems, and cultural & patriotic songs. It is so hearting to see small kids performing with such zeal and passion, I am really impressed by their confidence level and congratulate all their teachers for that, admired the minister. Further he added that children are real asset of any nation and we should pay special attention to their grooming and learning.
