Mr. Ponta Former Prime Minister of Romania had a meeting with Minister for Defense Production Rana Tanveer Hussain today at Expo Centre, Karachi. Matters of bilateral importance came under discussion.

Minister for Defense Production Rana Tanveer Hussain said that Pakistan considers Romania as a close, friendly and important country in the region and desires that existing relations between the two countries to be converted into active interaction in the field of defense.

Both sides stressed on the need for frequent exchange of visits by the technicians in order to identify more areas of cooperation.

Minister thanked the delegates for their participation in IDEAS-2016.
