Federal Minister for Human Rights Kamran Michael hosted a farewell luncheon in the honour of outgoing Federal Secretary for Human Rights Nadeem Ashraf here in Islamabad on Friday. Besides, Additional Secretary for Human Rights Humaira Azam along with other senior officials of the ministry was also present on the occasion.

Addressing the farewell luncheon minister paid tributes to the outgoing Federal Secretary and said that he diligently performed his duties and responsibilities adding that the services rendered by him would be long remembered. He said that the way outgoing secretary guided, motivated and encouraged the subordinates were highly praise worthy.

During his farewell address, Nadeem Ashraf said that the period he spent in Human Rights ministry was the best period of his service and he was proud of it. He asked the officers to work hard with full devotion in order to maintain the standards of the department.

The minister while acknowledging his valuable contribution also wished him success in his future endeavors.
