PR No. 215 FEDERAL OMBUDSMAN WILL CHAIR THE MEETING OF ALL FEDERAL DEPARTMENTS ON COMPLAINT RESOLUTION MECHANISM Islamabad: September 27, 2016

The Federal Ombudsman Mr. M. Salman Faruqui will chair the meeting of all Federal Government departments on complaint resolution mechanism on 28-09-2016 at 1100 hrs kin his Secretariat. The Senior Advisor Law & Grievance Commissioner for Overseas Pakistanis Hafiz Ahsan Ahmad Khokhar informed that during the meeting complaint resolution mechanism between all Federal Government departments with the complaint system of Federal Ombudsman will be finalized, under which if a complaint of any person against department is not resolved within 15 days, it would automatically generate a complaint in the office of Federal Ombudsman. Mr. Kkokhar will also give briefing for standard operating procedure for establishment of public complaint resolution and to set up help-lines for public guidance.
