PR No. 95 Minister for Human Rights Mumtaz Ahmed Tarar condemned The incident of Ms. Ruqqaiya Bibi Islamabad: 14th September 2017

Federal Minister for Human Rights Mr. Mumtaz Ahmed Tarar and Secretary Ms. Rabiya Javeria Agha strongly condemned the incident of Ruqqaiya Bibi.

Ruqqaiya Bibi has been beaten severely by Mr. Sarwar Dogar, Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Police Station Satrah, Sialkot, in the courtyard of the Ketchery which is a violation of Human Rights.

Minister for Human Rights Mumtaz Ahmed Tarar forcibly asked the District Police Officer, Sialkot Region to take action against the ASI and furnish a detail report to this Ministry on priority.
