The spokesperson to the President has declared baseless and erroneous the reports in which it has been alleged that more than 1500 employees are working in Aiwan-e-Sadr. In this regard, reports appearing in different newspapers and magazines are factually untrue. The spokesperson said that the total strength of employees in Public and Personal Secretariat is 823. He stated that the strength of employees of Grade 1 to 4 is in excess but since their remuneration is very low therefore they were not dismissed from service but instead their services are being utilized in sections where there is a shortage of employees.
