PR No.99 Vice President Eni Calls On Minister Water And Power Islamabad: April 12, 2016

Mr. Lapo Pistelli, Vice President of ENI (Former Deputy Foreign Minister of Italy), along with Mr Stefano Pontecorvo, Ambassador of Italy called on Federal Minister for Water and Power Khwaja Muhammad Asif here in his office.

Areas of mutual interest and cooperation in the field of energy sector and infrastructure development came under discussion.

The delegation apprised about the cordial relations Pakistan and Italy enjoying at various level.

Speaking on the occasion the Minister said that there is a great potential in Pakistan in the field of energy , trade, Scientific and technological development which need to be exploited .Pakistan will learn from the Italian experiences in the field of energy sector development “for strengthening of bilateral relations mutual trade and business and people to people contact might be increased” he added.
