Minister of State for Federal Education and Professional Training Engr Muhammad Baligh Ur Rehman attended the 1st national training workshop for practitioners and Manufacturers of unani system of medicine at Pakistan Academy of Sciences today.

Minister of state congratulated Dr. Zabta Shinwari for arranging this valuable conference. He said Tibb e Unani reminds us of our glorious past, this system was given by our ancestors who used herbs, minerals and natural materials to treat diseases. Tibb medicine are the safest because of natural materials used in their making. Today we live in a rapidly changing world, a world full of opportunities especially in health sector. Good Health and education facilities are the most basic elements of any society. Further he added that such workshops provide platform to policy makers, regulators, educational institutes and industries to develop strategies and policies regarding health sector. I hope that this workshop will bear fruitful results in the field of TIBB.
