President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, was pleased to approve conferment of 159 Pakistan Civil Awards on 14th August, 2015 and additional four (04) were approved as special cases after 14th August, 2015.
2. The awards will be conferred on 23rd March, 2016 under the following arrangements:-
a) President Mamnoon Hussain, will decorate 84 recipients of Pakistan Civil Awards, including 08 foreign nationals and Pakistanis living abroad, during the Investiture Ceremony being held at Aiwan-e-Sadr, Islamabad on 23rd March, 2016 (Annex-I).
b) The Governor Punjab on behalf of President will decorate 24 recipients of Pakistan Civil Awards (Annex-II), at theInvestiture Ceremony being held in Governor’s House Punjab, Lahore.
c) 12 recipients of Pakistan Civil Awards (Annex-III) will be decorated by Governor Sindh, on behalf of the President, at the Investiture Ceremony being held in Governor’s House Sindh, Karachi.
d) 04 recipients of Pakistan Civil Awards (Annex-IV) will be decorated by Governor KP, on behalf of the President, at the Investiture Ceremony being held in Governor’s House KP, Peshawar.
e) 05 recipients of Pakistan Civil Awards (Annex-V) will be decorated by Governor Balochistan, on behalf of the President, at the Investiture Ceremony being held in Governor’s House Balochistan, Quetta.
f) 01 recipient of Pakistan Civil Awards (Annex-VI) will be decorated by Governor Gilgit Baltistan, on behalf of the President, at the Investiture Ceremony being held in Governor’s House Gilgit Baltistan, Gilgit.
g) Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee will decorate 29 recipients of Pakistan Civil Awards (Annex-VII), on behalf of the President, at the Investiture Ceremony to be held on
25th March, 2016 at JS HQ.
