Legal Notice sent to Mr. Mubashar Lucman, Anchor/host of program “Khara Such” on Channel 24 News HD for making wrong statement about Federal Minister for law and Justice.

It is stated in the legal notice that in the program “Khara Such” telecasted by Channel 24 news HD on 11th July 2017 at 10PM, the host stated that Zahid Hamid along other MNAs, is going to leave his political party” Pakistan Muslim League (N) very shortly .The legal notice stated that this false and fabricated statement is without any basis. Mr. Zahid Hamid is proud to have been elected twice as a Member of the National Assembly on the ticket of the Pakistan Muslim League (N) and he is a loyal and committed member of Pakistan Muslim League (N) .His faith in Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is unwavering and unbounded.

The legal notice called upon anchor to retract the statement and make an unconditioned apology in the same program and at the same timings. In case he failing, to do so, a suit for damages for a sum of rupees 10 crores shall be filed against this Anchor and all others responsible.
