PR No.38 Interior Minister Calls on the Prime Minister Islamabad: March 4, 2016

Interior Minister Ch. Nisar Ali Khan called on Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif at PM House today. Ch. Nisar Ali Khan briefed the Prime Minister on security matters. Issue pertaining to security of Pakistan Cricket Team in India was also discussed. Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif directed the Interior Minister to ensure fool proof security measures for the Team in coordination with Pakistani High Commissioner in New Delhi.

The Prime Minister also directed the Ministry to send an advance security team to India for security measures report for final decision. Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif finally sought report from Pakistan Cricket Board on poor performance of Pakistani Cricket Team in Asia Cup.
