PR No. 187 Pakistan Strengthening Ties via Multi-Lateral Engagement in Algeria Islamabad: January 29, 2023

Pakistan's Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Zahid Akram Durrani, is leading a parliamentary delegation to the 17th session of the Parliamentary Union of the Islamic Countries (PUIC) in Algiers. During their visit, the delegation has been actively participating in multi-lateral engagements, including bilateral meetings with parliamentary delegations from Qatar, Malaysia, and Burkina Faso. These meetings were aimed to find mutually beneficial solutions for the region, promote peace, stability, and economic growth. Mr. Durrani expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome and hospitality extended to the delegation by the Embassy and the people of Algeria.
