PR No. 131 US-Pakistan Business Council Delegation Visit To Ministry Of Defence Production Rawalpindi

A high level business delegation of the US-Pakistan Business Council (USPBC) visited Ministry of Defence Production on Friday. Honorable Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif has given the State Guest status to this delegation.

Mr. Michael Chapel, Chief Executive Officer of Global Logistics Provider, a member of USPBC delegation had a productive meeting with Lt. Gen. ® Syed M. Owais, Secretary, Ministry of Defence Production. “I would appreciate the important role played by USPBC for developing economic and trade ties between Pakistan and United States”, said Lt .Gen ® Syed M. Owais.

The U.S.-Pakistan Business Council is the leading organization in Washington dedicated to the wide-ranging advancement of U.S. commercial engagement in Pakistan. Based at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Council provides a national forum for dialogue on key economic, commercial, humanitarian, and political issues of interest to American companies operating in or exploring business opportunities in Pakistan.
