President Mamnoon Hussain administered the oath of office to the newly elected Prime Minister of Pakistan Shahid Khaqan Abbasi at an impressive and dignified ceremony held at the Aiwan-e-Sadr, Islamabad on Tuesday.

Speaker National Assembly, Governors of Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan and Gilgit Baltistan, President and Prime Minister of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Chief Ministers of Balochistan and Gilgit Baltistan, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, Services Chiefs, Parliamentarians, senior politicians, diplomats and high level civil officials attended the oath-taking ceremony.

The entire swearing in ceremony of the office of the Prime Minister was administered in national language.
