"Accumulation of Capital occurs with entrepreneurial initiatives. History teaches us that those nations which benefitted from their natural resources made it happen due to their indigenous human resource. Balochistan is rich both in mineral resources and Human resource. We cannot benefit from its enormous potential until and unless the people of Balochistan are skilled. It is time to arm the youth with market-competitive skills for the jobs arising out of the CPEC and other exploration projects to make them active contributors to the national economy". These observations were made by Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs Mr. Ali Zaidi in a meeting with Sardar Yar Muhammad Rind Member provincial assembly Balochistan and PTI president Balochistan. Both discussed the political situation of Balochistan and youth development initiatives were the focus of the meeting. Both agreed that, "Balochistan has a huge potential for fisheries industries and such initiative will benefit the local populace. Once the penny will start flowing into the households, the HDI of the province will show signs of improvement. The impeccable beauty of the beaches along the coast can be benefitted by attracting tourism as the security situation in the province has improved considerably". The Federal Minister welcomed such meetings and both resolved for a close collaboration in future. *****
