PR No. 142 Zikr-e-Nabi at Embassy of Pakistan Brussels Islamabad: November 26, 2018

To celebrate Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi, Quran Khawani and Zikr-e-Nabi (SAW) took place at the Embassy of Pakistan Brussels which was attended by large number of participants including women and children. Rich tributes were paid to the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) while highlighting various aspects of His life, says a press release received from Brussels here today. Maulana Syed Hasnat Bokhari said that the life of our Holy Prophet (PBUH) remains a model to be followed by everyone. He threw light on Seerat-un-Nabi and gave examples from the life of Prophet (PBUH). The Deputy Head of Mission Mr Asif Memon discussed the last sermon of the Holy Prophet while highlighting that it provide guidelines for social, political and economic spheres as well as safeguarding human rights. Pakistan’s Ambassador to Belgium, the European Union and Luxembourg Mrs Naghmana Hashmi said that it was heartening to see that Pakistani community in Belgium and Luxembourg celebrate Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi with great fervour. She said that life of our Holy Prophet (PBUH) is a model for entire humanity for all times to come. On this occasion Naats were recited by Malik Iftikhar, Adil Ghani, Bilal Sohail and others. 7 years old Maham Sohail, in her speech highlighted Holy Prophet’s kindness towards children and threw light on his benign attitude towards human beings. Dua was offered and Naats were recited separately on ladies side as well.
