Federal Minister for Power, Mr. Omar Ayub Khan has taken notice of fatal incident occurred in Mansehra in which three students and their teacher were electrocuted while hoisting flag at Al- Khidmat Foundation School. He issued directions to hold inquiry of this unfortunate incident to fix responsibility. Minister has categorically said that whosoever is responsible in this incident would be penalized. He also extended his heartfelt condolences and expressed his resolve to provide justice to the deceased families. *****
