Ambassador of Pakistan to Saudi Arabia, Khan Hasham bin Saddique visited Makkah to inspect the Hajj arrangements for Pakistani Hujjaj. Consul General Shehryar Akbar Khan, Director General Hajj Sajid Yousafani also accompanied, says a press release received here today from Jeddah. Director Hajj, Imtiaz Shah briefed the Ambassador about Hajj arrangements. Till now, seventy six thousands Pakistani Hujjaj have arrived in Saudi Arabia; that includes fifty-one thousand under Government Hajj Scheme and twenty five thousand under Private Hajj. An effective Complaint handling mechanism is in place to provide immediate relief to Hujjaj. Ambassador visited the Hajj Mission Hospital for Pakistani Hujjaj. The hospital has treated about eleven thousand Hujjaj for various ailments to date and has distributed more than hundred wheel chairs. The patients expressed satisfaction on the treatment facilities in the hospital and conduct of medical staff. Later in the day, Ambassador visited some accommodation buildings hired by Hajj Mission for Hujjaj in Makkah. The residents expressed satisfaction over accommodation and food standard. Ambassador appreciated the efforts of Hajj Mission for excellent arrangements and emphasized to maintain the standards. *-*-*-*
